Please remember the following things to help make your move as easy and smooth as possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Before moving<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The lease can be signed after you have submitted all the required documents. You must present an identity card, driving licence or passport to confirm your identity when signing the lease.<\/p>\n<p>Please email the documents that apply to you to <a href=\"mailto:birgitta.vakiparta@jyrkkala.fi\">birgitta.vakiparta@jyrkkala.fi<\/a> or bring them to the Jyrkk\u00e4l\u00e4 office:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are employed: proof of income<\/li>\n<li>If you are over 18: a tax certificate<\/li>\n<li>If you are retired: a certificate showing the amount of your pension<\/li>\n<li>If you are a student: a certificate of enrolment<\/li>\n<li>If you have a mortgage: a statement of the debt from your lender<\/li>\n<li>A statement showing the current value of your assets<\/li>\n<li>If you are pregnant: a pregnancy certificate<\/li>\n<li>If you have moved to Finland from another country: proof of your right to reside in Finland, such as a copy of your passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2958 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/jyrkkala.fi\/content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/jyrkkala_alasivu_kuva_asukkaille_uusilleasukkaille-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jyrkkala.fi\/content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/jyrkkala_alasivu_kuva_asukkaille_uusilleasukkaille-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/jyrkkala.fi\/content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/jyrkkala_alasivu_kuva_asukkaille_uusilleasukkaille-1-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Before signing the lease and handing over the keys<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>security deposit<\/strong> must be paid and visible in our bank account. Pay the deposit as a separate payment using the reference number stated on the invoice. Showing a payment receipt is not enough. Please allow enough time for transfers between banks.<\/li>\n<li>You must arrange your own <strong>electricity contract<\/strong> for the apartment and provide proof that the contract has been made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Security deposits<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 rooms and a kitchen: \u20ac500<\/li>\n<li>3 rooms and a kitchen: \u20ac600<\/li>\n<li>4 rooms and a kitchen: \u20ac700<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other things to remember<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit a <strong>notification of change of address<\/strong> to Posti at<span style=\"color: #4f8b41;\"> <strong><a style=\"color: #4f8b41;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.posti.fi\/en\/moving\/change-address\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">muuttoilmoitus.fi<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. If other people move into the apartment later and register it as their permanent address, they must submit a separate moving-in notice to KOy Jyrkk\u00e4l\u00e4npolku.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rent and other payments<\/strong> can be paid by direct payment or e-invoice. If you receive housing allowance, excluding an allowance paid as part of a pension, direct payment is not available. Rent, sauna shifts, parking spaces and outdoor storage spaces can be paid by direct payment. To start using direct payment, create an authorisation through your bank. The service ID is <em>001426396<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend taking out <strong>home insurance<\/strong>, as the insurance held by KOy Jyrkk\u00e4l\u00e4npolku does not cover damage to residents\u2019 belongings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Each new resident receives three keys:<\/strong> two apartment keys and one master key. Access to other facilities, such as the sauna and laundry, can be added to the master key when needed. You cannot have additional copies made yourself, but extra keys can be ordered from the Jyrkk\u00e4l\u00e4 office for a deposit. If a key is lost or stolen, notify the office immediately. If all keys are not returned when you move out, you will be responsible for the related costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3>On moving day<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>Be careful and make sure you don&#8217;t cause damage or leave marks on the walls when moving your belongings. Do not transport anything in the lift that could damage it, and don&#8217;t activate the lift alarm unnecessarily. Remember to follow the lift\u2019s weight limit.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #4f8b41;\"><a style=\"color: #4f8b41;\" href=\"https:\/\/jyrkkala.fi\/en\/for-residents\/residents-guide\/rules-and-regulations\/\">Read Jyrkk\u00e4l\u00e4\u2019s rules and regulations carefully \u00bb<\/a><\/span>.<\/strong> Shared rules help make living in Jyrkk\u00e4l\u00e4 pleasant for everyone.
